Man, what a day...

Boeing shares are down nearly 4% right now, making up about half the reason the Dow's down nearly 200 points.

This because we just learned that Boeing apparently told regulators yesterday about instant messages it found between two employees from 2016 that Reuters says "suggest employees misled [the] FAA about a key safety system on [the] 737 Max".

This raises a ton of questions and concerns, obviously, and we'll hit it all right off the top of the show.

We also got the awful news that Oracle co-CEO Mark Hurd passed away at age 62. More to come on that as well.
