However, he was resistant to the notion that archivists should search his documents at the University of Delaware for any record of the complaint she allegedly made back then. Biden is also facing pressure from his big money donors to not pick progressive Wall Street critic Sen. Elizabeth Warren as his vice presidential running mate. Biden has pledged to pick a woman, and Warren is purportedly on his list of potential candidates, including Sen. Kamala Harris and Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer. Trump signed an order this week that compelled U.S. meatpackers to stay open during the coroanvirus pandemic, even though there aren't signs of a meat shortage. It did, however, raise questions about the meat producers' relationship with China, which is a big buyer of American pork.
