Welcome back from the Thanksgiving holiday. We hope you had a great time, and that you're rested and ready for another week of impeachment drama in Washington.
President Trump is in London for a few days for the NATO summit, but House Democrats plan to press ahead with their probe. This Wednesday, the House Judiciary Committee will hear from legal scholars on impeachment.
While Trump and lawyers for the White House were invited to attend, they opted not to because they see the whole thing as a sham. The president, meanwhile, cited Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskiy's latest comments as a reason for ending the inquiry. Christina Wilkie looks more closely at Trump's interpretation. Her reporting says it doesn't seem to doesn't match up with what Ukraine's president said, however.
