The race is on: There are now two "biothreat" ETFs registered with the SEC that target the virus theme. The first, $VIRS from Pacer will be broad in scope, holding many stocks, and cap-market weighted, while $BIO from ETFMG will be more a pure-play on a selected group of vaccine development companies.
